Back to school! Entering the last quarter of our undergrad. Scary.

I had no class today so I woke up late, ate lunch with Jeannette at home and went to Amelia's house. Helped her clean around the house then ate dinner with Grace Kim. Played Monopoly Deal, lost to her, and won a round with Grace Jiras, Steven Yuan, Ni Mo, and Grace Kim. Haha I just went all over Costa Verde today. Later I went to Andrew Bryant's place and we played Uno, baked cookies, and talked. Never played Uno that way but it made it a lot more fun than the slow, original way. Walked over to Annie Woo's place and hung out and now I'm home preparing for my first day of my last quarter tomorrow morning. 8am wahoo! -_-

Happy Sunday!

Went to Torrance Good Shepherd Church for the first time today and I'm excited for the new merge. Saw some old friends and hung out at home. Ate sushi for dinner at Toyo's with parents and headed to SD with Hana! Now I'm at home to our newly tiled bathrooms and roommates. I'm ready for the last quarter!

Happy 80th birthday to Grandpa Kuh! He's young, hip, and hilarious. Today I woke up and had breakfast with my mom at Kings Hawaiian (second time this break) then headed over to LA to celebrate my grandpa's birthday. We had lots of yummy food, tooo much food! Ended the night with mocha cake and now at home about to watch a drama that Annie insisted that I watch called Dream High.

I want to start reading a book, any recommendations?

Today I just stayed home and rested. Woke up late, lounged around, uploaded pictures and finally went to eat lunch with Josh at Mitsuwa around 3. I got some Yogurtland afterwards (thought of you, Anna) and crawled back into bed at home only to watch Beauty and the Beast the original movie. I love Belle's character, I love her voice, and I love the songs.

Today I picked up the box of letters I've been collecting throughout college and read some of the first few ones at the top. They were happy letters, really optimistic and joyful either wishing me well or wishing me a happy birthday. It's crazy how fast things can change. One minute you're this close to a person and they declare that they will be there for you to the end no matter what happens and the next moment we're like complete strangers. But it's even crazier that God uses all those times and all those people to mold you into the son and daughter He calls us to be. I'm thankful for all the people in my life, really. And even though we may not have talked for a while, I don't think it's ever too late to rekindle a friendship. I believe the words that were written in those letters so I hope you didn't forget either!

Back to rainy California! Woke up and had breakfast at Kings Hawaiian with Steph and Jeannette. Steph went off to San Jose, Jeannette to San Diego, and I went to Azusa to visit Kai with Michelle and Donna. I love hanging out with these girls :) We went to APU, got some boba, and hung out at Kai's apartment talking about anything and everything. We ate dinner at Chipotle, ate brownies, and then went out to downtown Pasadena. It was raining and the picture I took was blurry but I love it. I love them! Thank God for all the people He placed in my life. Really!

Our last day in Cancun we woke up in the morning, had breakfast buffet, and went straight to the beach and pool to say goodbye to warm weather, blue ocean, and white sand.

We woke up, went to the beach, then got ready to go to downtown Cancun to Market 28. Basically Market 28 is a flea market that sells a variety of souvenirs for tourists. These two guys up there wanted a picture with all of us haha.

My favorite day! We woke up, went to the beach, then got ready to go to Isla Mujeres. We waited at the dock in Playa Tortuga to get on the ferry to Isla Mujeres. The ocean is so so blue and it was a beautiful day. Once we got to the island we got into a smaller boat that took us out to the reefs for snorkeling. Elsie was a trooper that day! She doesn't know how to swim but she made it through the whole hour of snorkeling wahoo! We saw lots of schools of fish, saw dolphins, and a shark. Later that day we found a really good taco place to eat at and then went to Mandala to dance!

Hello, Cancun! We left rainy LA and arrived at beautiful Cancun, Mexico. The weather was perfect, the sky was beautiful, and I had my friends with me :) Spring break 2011!

This is my friend, Andrew Mark Bryant. I met him my first year in college and served with him my second year in college as bible study leaders. He says the funniest and wittiest things, and also knows how to listen and pray with me. He drives a mini-cooper and likes to tip cows for fun in Bakersfield. Haha, jk on the second part of the statement. But for reals, even though I don't see him as often I cherish him as a friend and am sad that we are graduating. We have a quarter left! Let's make some more coffee/chai tea runs! :)

God has such a funny way of working through our life to bring us to where we are. Despite the 3 essays and 2 tests that I should be studying for, God has brought me a lot of inner-peace this week. Lots of peace and lots of rest. I'm not really stressing out about school but soaking in the life that He's given me and trying to remember Him in all that I do. A challenge, but do-able.

Steph and I were studying at the library. Steph went to the gym and I was so hungry and Elsie came to the library with dinner for us! It was so yummy :) I am thankful for my friends. It's week 10! I hope everyone has energy for the week to study.

My brother takes really cool pictures like this. He's a really talented photographer who loves taking silly, breathtaking, simple, friend-filled pictures. He's really developed as a photographer and as a person. I don't know if you read this, but if you do, Hi, Josh! (that sentence had a lot of commas haha).

What a beautiful day. I never cease to be amazed by how God's moving in my life and my friends' lives. It's so exciting. There is always something new to learn about the Gospel and about Jesus and us. I'd love to sit and talk about it with you because, hey, we're called to share our experiences and the ways in which God is moving right? :)

Crystal and I are babysitting the Kapur boys for a night. It's already been a year since we babysat together for two nights while Amelia and Eric went to Hawaii for the 10-year anniversary. Time really flies! We had a night of playing with trains, eating spaghetti, baths, and Bug's Life. Taking care of kids is tough work, but dang, God does it so perfectly. He disciplines us ever-so gently and lovingly having grace on His children who make mistakes over and over again.

Momma's Birthday! Love you!

Tonight we had an apartment hangout :)

We went to Gordon Biersch for happy hour and had some yummy food & drinks. There was calamari, artichoke dip, hummus, sliders. Gotta cherish the last few weeks we have together as an apartment before Anna leaves and we all graduate.

Today I challenged myself with Ephesians 4:29-32. How can we be edifying and unified as a body? Maybe we should start from here.

School is starting to stress me out. There's so much to do and so little time. I have 2 weeks of this quarter left, and one full quarter left til I graduate! Everything is going by so fast.
